Having studied holistic nutrition, Kelly approaches health and healing from a whole-person perspective. She understands that each person is a unique individual with specific needs, and works closely with clients to develop healthy eating plans that support where they are in their journey. With a focus on nutritional education, she empowers clients to nourish themselves and their babies through real food nutrition and lifestyle changes. Through her guidance, she has supported families through challenges in fertility, pregnancy health, postpartum depletion, and stress management. She also works with young families on feeding their children nutrient-dense food and preventing the development of picky eating habits. Kelly’s passion for perinatal nutrition began when she experienced complications around fertility and pregnancy and became her own advocate for making positive changes to her diet and nutrient intake that drastically improved her health. Following that experience, she pursued an education in the wellness field and graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2018.
