Slesha graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from KLE University in 2019. She has experience in multi-disciplinary hospital settings and orthopedic clinics, rehabilitating clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and pelvic floor conditions.
Her passion for rehabilitation led her to specialize in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, where she helps individuals manage conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health concerns. Slesha takes a holistic approach, incorporating manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, and patient education to empower her clients in their recovery. She strongly believes in exercise-based rehabilitation and focuses on restoring function, improving core stability, and enhancing overall quality of life.
After moving to Canada in 2020, Slesha furthered her expertise by completing a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Algonquin College. This additional training allows her to integrate strength and conditioning principles into her treatments. She can provide services in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her dog.
