What to Expect

Baby Dance Club™ is a 30 minute dance class by Flux Flow Dance Centre for parents/caregivers of babies 0-12 months old. The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance. No baby music here! We’ll have a fun upbeat playlist to get us dancing and laughing. This class offers seated alternatives. We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks and that will be encouraged and celebrated.

This class consists of 30 minutes of dance followed by 30 minutes of connection and conversation.

Open to any parent/grandparent/caregiver and baby age 0-12 months (must be old enough to be held while doing baby safe movements, or be held in a baby carrier).

Terri Robicheau - Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Terri Robicheau, PT

Terri, a passionate physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health and perinatal care, brings over a decade of experience to her classes. With a background in orthopedics, she discovered her calling in postpartum care and education, aiming to bridge gaps in support for new parents. Trained in various pelvic health concerns and breastfeeding support, Terri offers personalized assessments and treatments, empowering her patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and a Master's of Science in Physiotherapy. Outside the clinic, Terri enjoys family time and leads the Baby Dance Club, infusing joy and community into her practice.
